You can give any mechanic secure, temporary access to add certified records to your bike:

1. Go to your Garage and tap the Edit (Pencil) icon on your motorcycle.
2. Tap Generate Mechanic PIN.
3. Give that 6-digit PIN and your VIN to your mechanic.
4. The mechanic opens their MotoLog app, goes to the Mechanic Dashboard, and enters the PIN to add a service record securely.

Note: Mechanics cannot delete your bike or view your personal data.

Selling your motorcycle? You can easily transfer the digital service book to the new owner:

1. Go to your Garage and tap the Edit (Pencil) icon on the motorcycle.
2. Scroll down and tap Generate Ownership PIN.
3. Give this PIN to the buyer.
4. The buyer opens MotoLog, taps Claim Transferred Motorcycle, and enters the PIN.

The bike and its entire service history will instantly move from your garage to theirs.

To generate a certified PDF of your maintenance history (perfect for selling the bike or keeping offline records):

1. Tap on your motorcycle to view its Service History.
2. Tap the Share (Export) icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Choose where you want to save or send the PDF document.

Never miss an oil change or chain lube:

1. Open your motorcycle's Service History page.
2. Tap the Calendar icon in the top right corner.
3. Add a task and set a due date or a target mileage. MotoLog will notify you when it's time!

Yes. All your motorcycles, service logs, and receipts are securely backed up to our cloud infrastructure in real-time. If you lose your phone or get a new one, simply log into MotoLog and your entire garage will instantly sync back to your device.

You have full control over your data. To permanently delete your account, go to the Settings tab in the app, select Edit Account Profile, and tap Delete Account & All Data. This action is irreversible and permanently erases all your motorcycles and service records from our servers.
